There are times when there are excess materials or reduced labor costs associated with a job. If for some reason we underestimate, we will simply eat that cost and make sure we do better on the next job. If we overestimated, we will refund you the difference in material and labor costs.

IQ Roofing offers an industry leading seven year (extendable up to 25 years) workmanship warranty.  We can do this because we have the highest degree of confidence in our installation process. The Workmanship warranty will cover any aspect related to the craftsmanship of the installation.  If there is an issue due to workmanship, we will handle all expenses associated with the repair.
